1. Digital Courses and Online Programs
Due to the digital nature of our courses, training programs, recordings, downloadable materials, and online content, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that digital content becomes immediately accessible and therefore cannot be returned.
2. Healing Sessions, Astral Readings, and Consultations
- Bookings for healing sessions, astral readings, consultations, and spiritual guidance sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
- If a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
- Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request a rescheduling of a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Approval of rescheduling requests remains subject to availability.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional situations, Pranava Healing may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests remains solely at the discretion of Pranava Healing.
5. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is successfully charged due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification of the transaction.
6. Service Cancellation by Pranava Healing
If a course, session, event, or service is cancelled by Pranava Healing and an alternative arrangement cannot be provided, an appropriate refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Results Disclaimer
Spiritual healing, Kundalini Awakening, meditation practices, Light Language activations, astral readings, and personal transformation experiences vary from individual to individual. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with personal experiences, perceived results, or expectations cannot be guaranteed or automatically approved.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions and may take between 7–14 business days.
