1. Services & Bookings

Pranava Healing offers spiritual guidance, energy-based healing sessions, spiritual consultations, courses and advanced learning programs. Sessions and programs are conducted on a scheduled basis and, where applicable, under the guidance of Amit Rattan.

A booking or enrolment is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and the booking or participation has been acknowledged by us.

2. Payments & Advance Payment Policy

Payments for sessions, courses, retreats and other services may be required in advance to reserve a scheduled time, seat, or place in a program.

A booking is confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable advance or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking or enrolment.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Due to the scheduled and specialized nature of our services, payments made for sessions, courses, retreats, or programs are generally non-refundable once the booking or enrolment has been confirmed.

Where a session or program is cancelled or rescheduled by Pranava Healing, the applicable payment may, where appropriate, be transferred to a rescheduled session or another mutually agreed arrangement.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such adjustment, transfer, or refund will be subject to review and approval by Pranava Healing.

4. Courses & Learning Programs

Course schedules, duration, class structure, fees and participation requirements may vary depending on the program. Participants are responsible for reviewing the course information provided at the time of enrolment.

Course access, learning materials, recordings, or other resources, where provided, are intended solely for the enrolled participant and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, logos, branding, course materials, teaching content, training frameworks and other proprietary material associated with Pranava Healing™ are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation of such material is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Personal Responsibility

Spiritual practices, meditation, energy-based practices and related learning are undertaken voluntarily. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and participation in any session, course, or practice.

Pranava Healing services are intended as spiritual and complementary practices and should not be understood as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare services.

7. Changes to Services & Terms

Pranava Healing reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, course, schedule, fee, or website content when necessary. Updated terms may be published on this website from time to time.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services shall, subject to applicable law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
